All interior surfaces, equipment, materials, furnishings, and objects with which Items labeled "Keep out of reach of children" were accessible to children. Open door leading to storage room contained bleach spray, disinfectant wipes, handsanitizer, surface sanitizer and dawn soap. In both upstairs and downstairs hallways handsanitizer was accessible to children.
