SM1 & SM2 in the Orange room have been observed yelling harshly at children on multiple occasions. Both staff have been observed to get in children's faces and scream, causing children to be intimidated. SM1 & SM2 will "fake" throw children on the floor and then lay them down gently while saying things like, "Oh no, you fell down" to get children to comply with classroom rules.
