      At the time of this inspection, licensor observed cleaning supplies stored in an unlocked and accessible cabinet next to the refrigerator and beneath the microwave in the extended day classroom.

      0165(2)(c) - At the time of this inspection, licensor observed multiple cords capable of forming a loop accessible to children, including an air purifier power cord, a green cable cord located under the white board going toward the teacher's desk in the Preschool room, and a number of computer cables and cords near the teacher desks in both Preschool and PreK classrooms. 0165(3)(f) - At the time of this inspection, licensor observed heavy items such as chairs and plastic storage bins located above the children's cubbies in a loft style platform apx 10 feet from the ground that posed a fall hazard in both Preschool and PreK classrooms.
