Based on interviews on 08/22/2025, at 11:30 a.m., although mandated reporters, S3, S10, S11, and S15 failed to report allegations or suspicions of abuse/neglect of a child to the Child Protection Statewide Hotline. S3, S10, S11, and S15 stated they have witnessed S9 yelling at children in the classroom, and S3, S10, and S11 stated they have witnessed S9 handle children roughly all within the past year at the center, but did not report what was witnessed.
