Findings: General: Based on observation, the surveyor entered Classroom 3-B at approximately 10:00 am, and observed the children watching the movie Cars. Findings: General: Based on observation, there were several stained ceiling tiles in the Four-Year-Old Classroom and one (1) broken tile in the corner near the dramatic play area.
