A tricycle on the preschool playground to have a broken seat with jagged sharp edges creating a safety hazard to children. Fence on the toddler playground to have nails protuding along the wall and in the left corner creating a safety hazard to children. Sandbags used as weight for the shade umbrella on the toddler/infant playground to have a white plastic outer layer that is shredding creating a choking/safety hazard to children.
