Based on observations at 12:00 p.m., S1 failed to have documentation that S16 (First day present at the center 3/6/25), completed the DCFS online Mandated Reporter training within seven days of the first day present at the center. Corrective Action: Effective 4/21/25, S8 stated she will ensure all new staffs orientation and mandated reporter training will be completed within the 7 days of hire date and complete all trainings to ensure compliance with this regulation.
