      On November 12, 2025 2 children, aged 3 and 4 left the class unnoticed and were found on the playground unharmed after a 2 minute search by the admin. The children were unharmed.

      Staff, substitutes, and volunteer records A caregiver onsite had expired fingerprints and was directly working with a group of infants alone.

      The infant 1 classroom did not have the proper number of qualified caregivers directly caring for the number of children in the classroom. They had 0 qualified caregivers with 4 children aged infants and the required ratio for that age group is 1:4
