At the time of the visit, observed that transitions were not being documented in all 3 classrooms. Also, in Classroom 1, the teacher didn't know how many children were in care, without looking at the roster and counting. In Classroom 2, the teacher said there were 15 children in the classroom when only 14 children were present.
