LS conducted complaint investigation on today's date. Complaint alleged a one (1) year old child came to daycare and the vaginal area was swollen and there was a red discharge. The Center stated they would wait and to see if it gets worse before reporting it. Center workers expressed their concerns

LS observed one (1) teacher in Room 7 with eleven (11) children. LS inquired as to where the teacher is and was informed she left at 11:30am. During inspection, Aide was placed in Room 7 to bring child/staff ratio compliant. Corrected on site.
