Reviewed two (2) staff files. One (1) staff file contained a TRAILS clearance letter dated 12/13/2019. The expired TRAILS clearance letter was the only TRAILS clearance letter available for review at the time of inspection. The staff member did have current CBI and FBI clearance letters.

Two (2) gallon-size containers of Purell sanitizer/disinfectant cleaner with the statement "Keep out of reach of children" on the label were observed under the sink in the cabinet with the blue doors near the teacher's desk. The cabinet did not have a locking device. The sink is used by children and the containers of cleaner were accessible to children.
