      The bathroom in the 4's classroom had a strong urine odor. The fridges in some of the classrooms have spilt food/liquids that have dried on the bottom. The windows and fridges have streaks, smears, sticky residue on the outside of them. There is a broom and mop being stored in the bathroom in the

      Mulch depth especially under slides and fallzones does not meet CPSC required depth. Hose was left out in the playground area.
