Specialist asked staff member Johane how many children she had in the nap room and Johane said 8. Specialist then counted 6 children in the Preschool room but had previously identified through staff member Jenna's statement that 13 children total were present. Johane corrected her count to 7 approximately 2 minutes after specialist asked. Specialist also identified that staff member Johane does not maintain attendance verification when taking a group of children to the nap room. This is a direct violation of stipulation F and G of the probationary license. Stipulation F states, 'At all times, staff members shall know the attendance of the classroom to which they are assigned. Facility Director shall be able to account for all children in care at the facility.'
