      LS interviewed staff. Two staff had concerns about a teacher's routine for helping children go down for nap. When expressing the concern there was a follow up discussion with administration. Administration states that the concern was handled within the facility and they found no need to escalate

      At time of the inspection, a new employee was observing in a classroom without being cleared by the OCC. This was discussed with the three Directors and personnel forms were given to the LS at inspection.
