      The pre-k program is located in a private school in which the children are enrolled. Three children did not have part I of the health inventory completed and one child did not have part II of the health inventory completed. Not all children had a lead blood test in their file. There were 5 children

      The director did not complete the 2024 health and safety update. Please complete it as soon as possible and forward a copy of the training certificate to licensing.

      The pre-k aide only completed the 2023 health and safety update during the 2023-2024 year. She did complete a 6 hour training in January 2025 that can be used to make up the missed continued training hours. She will need to complete 4.5 more hours of continued training by September 2025.
