During the inspection, it was determined that the provider was not meeting the following requirements as noted in number 2 below : 1. The provider no longer resides at the licensed location. 2. The driver used to transport children was not an employee or child care staff member of the program, a public transportation driver, or employed by a company contracted to provide transportation service. 4.
