Identified that the Bear (6 weeks to 18 months old) classroom teachers gave lunch breaks to the other infant room teachers leaving the Bear classroom with one teacher and 6 infants. Staff stated that every Wednesday the lead teachers would have a professional training hour long training with the Assistant teachers the following Wednesday. Staff stated they are leaving their classrooms out of ratio for the training. Identified through staff statements, teachers have had to leave the classroom out-of-ratio to use the restroom due to the management team not responding to the staff’ personal needs.
