      Poisons, chemicals, and hazardous items At the time of inspection the Hummingbird's changing table cabinet was unlocked with Desitin and Auquaphor labeled Keep out of Reach of Children accessible to children.

    • Bathrooms

      At the time of inspection in the Robin's room there was an opened roll of toilet paper on the floor, none on the dispenser in one bathroom and in the other bathroom there was no toilet paper on the dispenser.
