      (2)(d) There were two large white plastic garbage bags that were hung from the fence in the playground. They are intended to be used for trash and were accessible to the children.

      (1)(a) There was a Swiffer WetJet that was accessible to the children in the Butterflies/toddler classroom. There was a container of Clorox disinfectant wipes (lemon scented) labeled "keep out of the reach of children" that were accessible to the children in the Bumblebees classroom. There was a pack of Kirkland cleansing wipes labeled "keep out of the reach of children" that were accessible to the children in the bathroom of this classroom. There was a pack of Kirkland cleansing wipes on the counter of the 3s and 4s classroom that was accessible to the children. There was also a container of Clorox disinfectant wipes (lemon scented) and a container of Lysol wipes (labeled "keep out of the reach of children") in an unlocked cupboard under the sink that were accessible to the children. There was a Swiffer WetJet that was accessible to the children in the JK classroom. There was a pack of Huggies wipes labeled "keep out of the reach of children" on a counter that was also accessible to the children.
