There was dirt and stains on the road rug; therefore, the rug was not kept clean. Transition Classroom: 1. There was dirt and food debris on the state rug; therefore, the rug was not kept clean.

A plan shall be implemented to use the same toilet room at separate times; (b) Have a supply of toilet paper; and (c) Be cleaned and disinfected daily.
