Identified parents in the Infant 1 classroom verbally communicate changes in infant's change of diet and schedule. Observed no evidence of parents providing updates in writing for infants in the Infant I classroom.

Identified staff utilize "Brightwheel" to check children in and out daily. Identified some staff, but not all staff, are conducting name to face attendance tracking through "Brightwheel" when transitioning in and out of the classroom. Observed no evidence of Toddler 1 staff completing attendance verification when group transitioned to Toddler II for circle time today. This is a direct violation of stipulation I on the settlement agreement. Stipulation I states “Licensee will use a name-to-face attendance verification tool (paper or electronic form) and complete attendance verification for all transitions and at frequent intervals throughout the day. Licensee shall provide training for all staff on how to use the attendance verification tool and must maintain verification of the training in each employee's staff file".

Observed one "Melissa & Doug" plastic dramatic play baby doll, which was labeled for children ages 18+ months, on a wooden shelf accessible to children. Also observed a soft "Unipak" tree house with stuffed animals labeled "not recommended age under 3 years" in the Toddler II classroom.
