      Self report on 3/13/26- Footage showed that caregiver did not get down on child's eye level and talk in a calm manner about what behavior is expected.

      Any person, while on child care center premises, shall not engage in or direct a Self report on 3/13/26- Footage shows caregiver grabbing 3 year old child by the wrist and dragging child across classroom. Footage also shows caregiver restricting child's movement by holding onto wrist and not releasing. Caregiver was terminated on 3/13/26.
