C.: Based on record review/interview on 12/18/2025, at 2:30 p.m., S1 failed to have the required documentation of current commercial liability insurance for the operation of the center to ensure medical coverage for children in the event of accident or injury. S1 stated she was not aware she paid for an accidental health policy instead of a commercial liability insurance policy. Corrective Action: Effective 12/18/2025, S1 stated she will contact the insurance company on 12/18/2025 to purchase liability insurance for the center, to ensure compliance with this regulation.
