      On 10-27-23 one child unknowingly followed a teacher to the hallway and waited for the teacher to return. This left the child out of supervision and ratio for the duration.

      The exhaust fans in the hall bathrooms (boys and Girls) outside the classrooms are not working. Boys hall bathroom fan has black spots on it - possible mold growth.
