The subject of the complaint, Ms. Young was hired on 11/12/2025 as stated by the center, but Licensing Specialist was not notified of her employment until 12/1/2025. Licensing specialist also did not receive information for two other staff members, Ana Stewart (start date 10/15/2025), Cindy Nolsco
