Poisons, chemicals, and hazardous items At the time of inspection items labeled Keep out of reach of children were found behind a child deterrent, accessible to children: Peaceful had bleach, Dawn soap, WD40, and Swiffer wet pads under the sink. Brave had Ajax under the sink and handsoap in the bathroom.

There was no paper towels in the bathroom or toilet paper in the bathroom and one of the classroom dispensers of the Justice room. The Trustworthy room paper towel dispenser in the classroom was empty at the time of inspection.
