Observed children from Room 329 and Room 334 co-mingling on the playground at the same time. Identified there were 14 children in attendance in Room 329, and 11 children in attendance in Room 334. Identified the ages of the children ranged from 3 - 5 years old. This is a repeat violation from 4/29/25 Supervisory inspection.
