Based on record review at 3:00 p.m., S1 failed to ensure that S3 had current certification in pediatric first aid and CPR within 90 days from the date of hire and prior to assuming sole responsibility for any children. The Specialist observed S3 (DOH 4/29/2025) solely responsible for 7 children, all 1-years-old, at 2:45 p.m. This was corrected at 2:55 p.m. when S4 entered the classroom.
