On 04/29/2026, at approximately 11:30 a.m., C2, 3-years-old, was left unsupervised in the classroom for approximately 1 minute. S3 escorted the children down the hallway to go to the cafeteria to eat lunch. When they arrived in the cafeteria, S3 determined one child was not accounted for.
