Provider did not demonstrate appropriate maturity and temperament, as the provider yelled at surveyors when surveyors attempted to communicate about violations. Provider frantically walked around the child care area around children while verbally expressing discontent with state regulations. Provider continuously yelled at surveyors to go, get on with it and get out. The providers outburst caused many children on site to become visibly uncomfortable and caused one child to cry.
