Licensing Specialist observed in July 2023 provider initiated a waiver for infants using nap mats, however this waiver was not completely submitted. This is a repeat violation from 8/7/24 Supervisory inspection. Identified staff obtained documentation from manufacturer stating nap mats are appropriate for children over 12 months old.
