Items are not clean.

Several classrooms have peeling paint exposing drywall and have chipped paint on the walls. Room 110 - Infant 1: The wall by the diaper changing table is damaged and paint peeling off.

The hot water temperature at the children's hand washing sinks are: Room 116 - Toddler 1: 75.6 degrees F; Room 128 - Discovery 2: 74.1 degrees F.

Room 124 - Preschool: Aquafor and adult cooling gel on a counter. Essential oils on a half wall. Hair gel on a cot in cot storage. Air freshener spray on a shelf in the bathroom. All corrected at visit.
