In Room 167, there is a container of raisins that expired 8/2025 but has a date of opening of 9/17/25 with other dry snacks in the snack cabinet. In the refrigerator, there is a container of strawberry cream cheese that is not dated for when it was opened. There are also bottles of mustard, dressing, and dipping sauce that expired in July 2025.

In Room 167, there are Ziploc bags of peanut butter crackers, belVita Crunchy bars, and granola bars that are not dated or labeled with the contents. There is a sleeve of crackers that is out of its original container and is undated and not labeled with contents. There are opened bags of pita chips and cereal as well as boxes of cheese crackers and graham crackers that do not list the date of opening.

Of the 12 files reviewed for children in care, one child does not have a current record of immunizations on file to review.
