      At time of inspection, camp did not have current standing orders. Observed the last standing orders dated 2021. Through the statement of the camp's Administration Director, Camp Guide takes standing order medication on travel trips and will administer medication if needed per delegation given by an off-site RN. Identified the Camp Guide is not an RN or a physician.
