Observed an FBI clearance letter dated 11/10/2020 in the file of one of the two staff members who was present at the time of the incident. Observed no evidence of a current FBI clearance letter for said staff member. Identified through discussion with an Administrator, this staff member has an appointment today (12/10/25) to complete the fingerprint process.
