      Identified one infant over 12 months old does not sleep in a crib. Child is provided with a sleep mat. Observed no evidence of this sleep equipment meeting Consumer Product Safety Commission standards.

Observed no evidence of a current FBI clearance letter for said staff member. Identified through discussion with an Administrator, this staff member has an appointment today (12/10/25) to complete the fingerprint process.
