      Two forms in space #1 did not have the parents signature authorizing staff to apply diaper cream. Violation confirmed corrected by letter received from provider on 2/1/2024

      The children did not go outside daily when the weather permitted. Space #4 was scheduled to go outside at 3:30pm and space #2 at 3:45pm, however neither went outside despite weather condition
