      Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that last documented emergency disaster drill was dated 3/12/25. Site designee stated that the last drill was conducted in October but was not documented in log, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.       Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which, LPA observed toxic cleaning powders and cleaning supplies to not be stored in a locked cabinet, in a low cabinet under the kitchen sink in the staff restroom that leads directly to children's classroom, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
