      Standards. Conditions in the home are safe, sanitary, and free of hazards. Angela did have a set of knives on her kitchen counter. With the set up of her home, children can stand on the bench at the table where they eat, reach through an opening to the kitchen and reach the knives. While this worker was present, a child did climb up at the table and was reaching through the opening. This worker did advise Angela to move the set of knives, so they were not accessible by a child. She did move those while this worker was present.
