Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health and safety risk to persons in care. Staff #6 did not renew her online mandated reporter certification (AB1207). The staff's certificate expired on 09/02/2022. The Director confirmed that the staff person did not renew her AB1207 certificate. POC Due Date: 09/30/2022
