Based on record review on 8/19/2025, S1 failed to have documentation that within 90 calendar days from the date of hire and prior to assuming sole responsibility for any children, that 1 of 9 staff, have current certification in pediatric first aid and CPR. S2 failed to have current certification, and she was observed in the classroom alone with 9 children, aged 2-3 years-old. S1 stated she took the CPR training course, but her card hasn't come in yet.
