S1, S6, S10, S11, and S12 failed to have documentation of the current certification. S1 stated that a class was completed, but she could not provide documentation of completion. Corrective Action: Effective 5/14/2025, S1 stated she would contact the instructor to obtain proof of completion to ensure compliance with this regulation.
