The protective barrier on the first step of the large play structure on the big playground has fallen off leaving a metal edge exposed. Violation confirmed corrected by letter received from provider on 12/4/2023
- Air Conditioning Units Were Accessible or Did Not Have a Guard to Keep Objects From Being Thrown Into the Unit.
The AC unit on the big playground does have the protective barrier but one of the slats is missing from the wooden fence around the AC unit leaving a space a child could fit
- The Depth of the Loose Surfacing Was Not Based on Critical Height of the Equipment.
