Based on observation at 12:45 p.m., S3 failed to meet the required child to staff ratio for children of the following ages: 10 children, ages 7 months through 3-years-old, with 1 staff (S3). The required ratio for children of this age is 5 children per 1 staff person. S2 arrived to the classroom which corrected the issue. Corrective Action: Effective 9/15/2025, S1 will review ratio standards with all staff to ensure compliance with this regulation.
