Based on observation and record review, S8 and S9 failed to maintain the daily attendance log for children to include the name of the child and the time of arrival to accurately reflect children on the center premises at any given time. The Specialist observed seventeen, 4-5-years-old, children present in S8 and S9's classroom during the inspection; however, no children were signed in on the attendance log. Finding: 1901.J&K.: Based on observations at 10:40 a.m., S1 failed to ensure items that can be harmful to children, such as cleaning supplies and chemicals and plastic bags were kept in a locked cabinet or other secure place that ensures they are inaccessible to children. Specialist observed: 2-3-years-old classroom 3 cans of hairspray, 2 tubes of hair gel, 1 bottle of hair growth oil and 1 bottle of moisturizer accessible to children in an unlocked cabinet against the wall in the corner of the room.
