Betty had numerous medications and vitamins on top of her microwave in access to children. Betty had chemicals under her kitchen sink that had a lock but was not secured. She did secure that cabinet while this worker was present. Betty had chemicals under her bathroom sink and although she had a latch, one of the cabinet doors was broken off so the chemicals were accessible. Betty had some chemicals on the top of the stairway near the back door that were not secured from access by a child.
