1723. C: Based on the record review/interview, at 10:25 a.m., S1 failed to have documentation that 1 of 15 staff on the premises and accessible to children had current certification in Pediatric First Aid through a trainer approved by the Department. S12 (DOH 5/17/2025) failed to have the current Pediatric First Aid certification. Corrective Action: Effective 11/25/2025, S1 stated that she will ensure all staff are trained by an approved Department trainer with the appropriate training to ensure compliance with this regulation.
