Additionally, identified through staff member statement that William H. applied pressure on CH1's wound prior to CH1 being cared for by the school nurse. William H. CPR and First Aid expired on 4/2024 and the incident occurred on 4/23/2024.. William H.'s hire date was 5/26/2022.
