      Standards. Conditions in the home are safe, sanitary, and free of hazards. Findings: Per our 1/6/2023 spot check visit, the following correction needs to be made as described in the policy section above: 1. You need to apply to add your 17 year old grandson Dayke Hildreth to your registration household, and have him approved by the Registration Unit. You have a copy of the background waiver that he will need to sign. The Registration Unit can be reached at 1-866-448-4605 to report the change.
