Based on record review at 2:30 p.m., S7 failed to have documentation of the current commercial liability insurance for the operation of the center to ensure medical coverage for children in the event of accident or injury. This was unable to be corrected prior to Specialist departure. Corrective Action: S7 stated she has already contacted her insurance agent and is awaiting a call back from the company. She will ensure the certificate of general liability is received and is in place by 04/30/2025.
